Oak Bluffs is the biggest town on the island of Martha's Vineyard in Massachuesetts. The pededtrian ferry from Hyannis lands here and there are plenty of restaurants and shops to stop in. You can also walk to the Camp Meeting Association, also called "the gingerbread houses".

The other town you might land at while taking a car ferry is Vineyard Haven. Both of the ports are on the nothwest part of the island. My impression was that the most popular tourst site outside of town is the Gay Head Lighthouse area. You can check out the other places I visited on the Martha's Vineyard index page.
