| If you only have a one-day vacation / holiday in London, this is the part of it you should tour. These photos span the area along the Thames River from the Houses of Parliament (above left) to the Tower Bridge. The center photo above is of the Millenium Bridge, a pedestrian bridge that gets you facing the facade of St. Paul's Cathedral while walking north. | ||

| A section of this area is called the Queen's Walk, and the photos on that page look very much like these, so you probably only need to see one of them. I say this is the best area to visit because there are a lot of tourist sites grouped together in a small area here. The Globe Theatre, Jubilee Gardens, the London Eye, and Hays Galleria are right on this path. Walk over Westminster Bridge and you can see the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace and get anywhere from Victoria Station. | ||
