The Pothole Trail at the Minnesota - Wisconsin Interstate park is a short trail with some very interesting rock ledge and river scenery. The "potholes" are said to have been formed by swirling water during the melting of ancient glaciers. You can easily walk to the pothole trail from downtown Taylors Falls. This trail almost shares the same space as the St. Croix River Trail.
