| Once you figure out what to call this beach, the rest is easy. I have seen it called Newport Beach, First Beach, and Easton's Beach. There are plenty of amenities in the large buildings in the middle of the beach, including a carousel. This beach is on a thin patch of land between two sections of water. I tried eating a lunch on the beach here one time in the summer and got a lot of sand in my sandwich. It is often windy. | ||

| In the panoramic photo below, if you walked all the way to the end of the beach, you would be at the beginning of the Newport Cliff Walk. It goes out to the left all the way around that peninsula. | ||
