Summary
I have found ratios for the spices in a typical Poultry Seasoning mix and am happy with the results. I buy spices in bulk, so this saves me a lot of money but I also get a consistent flavor mix that works well with almost any chicken or turkey entree, soup, salad, gravy, etc.
Procedure
Whisk the "ground" version of these spices together in a bowl and store in a cool, dry place. Makes about 1 1/2 cups. Substitute teaspoons for tablespoons to make about 1/2 cup total.
