This was a “by request” birdhouse for a local land trust. One requirement was that the birdhouse would be used to hold the solar panel which powered a pump in a bird fountain. The next request was to include three units instead of one to observe if more than one house might be used at a time.
The two end units are the same size and the one in the middle is slightly smaller. I was told there was a bluebird visiting one of the houses the first year.
