PCH 5 – Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park

“Come for the weather, stay for the redwoods”. I don’t think that is a saying, I just made it up. I wish I could include a “smell” tag for this forest. It was pretty incredible. A big benefit of the Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park is that it goes right up to the California Coastline. You can see the “totally tubular” tunnel that you can take to walk under the Pacific Coastal Highway near the end of the photos.
