| This is the second of two mixed pictures pages of the London Walking Tour. Next we'll get to specific areas. These photos cover an area from London's West End to the Tower Bridge, mainly on the north side of the River Thames. | ||

| The panoramic photo is from a hotel near the Kensington Garden end of Hyde Park, looking towards the River Thames. You can just see the London Eye tourist site in the distance (a big circle). You can see that London looks a lot like the cities I visited in Switzerland. There are many large buildings of wood or concrete, but there are few "skyscrapers" that go beyond 6 or 8 stories tall. | ||
