Photos of the "Queen's Walk" Area Along the River Thames

| As far as I can tell, if you are the Queen of England, and you start walking, you are going to be leaving from Buckingham Palace, because it is your house. Then, you see the Houses of Parliament but, being a little tired of government in general, you head away from them over the Westminster Bridge (above left). | ||

| Walking along the south shore of the River Thames ensures you will be in the shade in the summer, and you can check back over the river to see if the palace is on fire or something like that. I don't really know where the walk ends, but by the time you get to the Tower Bridge (lower left photo), you should be tired enough to head back. | ||
