| This is Geneva on New Year's Day. Not many people at all. One of the few places open was L'Admiral restaurant (two rows down in the center). It is near the Jet d'eau in Lac Léman [Lake Geneva] and the crêpes were amazing. You can see in the panoramic photo above, which I took from the church tower, that most of the city is 6 floors high, or lower. There is a lot of intersting architecture. I took so many pictures in Geneva that there is a second Genva Photos page. | ||

| This is the first page of the Switzerland photos tour. We traveled across a large part of Switzerland by train. Traveling west to east, I have pictures / images from the major cities of Lausanne, Montreux, Interlaken, Luzern [Lucerne], and Zurich. While not a city, we also got to visit Jungfraujoch Mountain while in Interlaken. | ||
