| Well, I'm very glad we had our stop in Lucerne the day before, but it meant we only had a part of a day in Zurich. A few photos are from arriving Saturday night, and the rest are of a walk around town on Sunday morning and afternoon. That is the train station above on the left. It is huge. The ceiling is much taller than Grand Central Station. Zurich is the most populated city in Switzerland. It is probably the business center, with the Zurich stock exchange and the famous (and expensive) shopping street, Bahnhofstrasse. | ||

| I think my sister was waiting all week to go to this last tourist site in Zürich. The two photos on the right show Europe's oldest vegetarian restaurant, called Hilti, founded in 1898. There are a lot of museums, churches, and a zoo to see in Zürich, but there was only time for eating... | ||
