Grand Canyon – South Rim

So most all of the “Grand Canyon” park signs lead to this area of the south rim. This is where the El Tovar Hotel is and a lot of National Park Services. The Grand Canyon is huge, but we saw these sites, as well as the Painted Desert section in one (kind of long) day. PSA: There are a lot of people every year who get injured, lost, or very uncomfortable because they think they can walk back up a trail “in an hour or so”. You can’t, and it gets very cold very fast. Consult the parks services.
