| The panoramic photo above is near downtown Geneva, not far from the Jet d'eau. You can always see mountains in Switzerland, but the best view of the French Alps was from Montreux, where the colorful sunset photo above was taken. The other city that is almost on the lake is Lausanne, although it is is actually the village of Ouchy that is on the water. The center photo below is from Ouchy. | ||
