PCH 9 – San Diego
The panoramic photo is from the park surrounding the Sand Diego Marina. There is a convention center there as well as the big glass hotel, the Marriott Marquis. This is an area with plenty of restaurants and shops and the Gaslight Quarter is nearby. This page is the end of two-day trip down the Pacific Coastal Highway, which started in the San Francisco area.
The last photos are from the La Jolla section of San Diego. The city is very large and these photos don’t tell you enough about it. I have spent a few weeks in San Diego and highly recommend it for a family vacation / holiday. There are a lot of things to do and places to see and the weather is almost always temperate and dry. Down side is that it can be fairly expensive.
