Newport Cliff Walk

You will see some of the Newport Mansions and a lot of great ocean front scenery if you take the Cliff Walk. It is a total of 3.5 miles, but some of it is not a paved walkway. The Cliff Walk also doesn’t get you back to where you started. It is a single path along the shore.

One end of the Newport Cliff Walk starts just past Newport – 1st – Easton’s Beach. (I’ve seen the beach called all three things), and you get a great view back of that scenery. Taking the Cliff Walk on the paved section is something you can do in almost any weather.
