Curry Powder Recipe

Ingredients
This is a recipe / ratio for what I think is the most common “basic curry” recipe. The numbers in the table are the number of tablespoons of each ingredient.

| Coriander | 6 | 12 |
| Turmeric | 3 | 6 |
| Cumin | 2 | 4 |
| Cardamon | 1 | 2 |
| Ginger | 1 | 2 |
| Fenugreek | 1 | 2 |
| Mustard | 1/2 | 1 |
| Black Pepper | 1/2 | 1 |
| Cayenne Pepper | 1/3 | 2/3 |
| Cinnamon | 1/4 | 1/2 |
| Nutmeg | 1/4 | 1/2 |
Remarks
Whisk the dry powders together in a bowl. Store well sealed in a dry place.
1 tablespoon = 3 teaspoons
4 tablespoons = 1/4 cup
8 tablespoons = 1/2 cup
