PCH 4 – California Coastline

The first three pictures are coming up to the north side of the Bixby Bridge. It is in a lot of photographs because of its shape and prime real estate location, right on the coast. It was completed in 1932 and was a huge benefit for anyone traveling up and down the California coast.

This page of photo is not in order. I included scenes from all the way down the California Coast. Most of the higher cliff area is in the central part of California. Near Monterey, the landscape is fairly low, then you can see on this page many photos from the Big Sur and Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park areas, where the cliffs are very impressive. By the time you get to Malibu, the hills are fairly small.
